Our sheet metal punch allows us to produce precise custom-designed pieces at an extremely high rate of speed with little wasted material.
Our computer-controlled press brake allows us to go straight from CAD to the machine itself. This provides us the the capability to produce complex forms that our customers need quickly with the exacting precision that they demand.
Our Schlatters weld wire from 14Ga (0.080" dia) to 3/8 Ga (0.375" dia.) in a grid pattern to a maximum width of 48" and lengths of 120" or more. Grid spacings can be as small as 3/8" along the length dimension and 1" across the width.
We can bend wire from 13 ga (.0915) to 3/8 ga (.375) automatically, without tooling expenses to the customer.
With a maximum part size up to 2.5' x 7' x 16', and three separate powdercoat booths that roll on and off line, we can work with our customers to provide almost any color imaginable in a variety of finishes.
Our laser cutter will cleanly cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum, wood, acrylic, and cardboard. Its maximum sheet size capacity is 48" x 96".
Allows us to provide precise, repeatable welds in complex orientations in an efficient and economical manner for high volume jobs.
A 17-slide machine capable of producing up to 30 bends in one operation. This machine can handle a part up to 44" long with wire diameters between 1/8" and 5/16". In addition to forming this machine also flattens and punches.
Our Four Slides can form wire from 18 Ga (0.047" dia.) to 5/16 Ga (0.3125" dia.) from 1/2" to 24" long. Flat stock 20 Ga x 1/4" to 14 Ga. x 1" can also be formed.
